Welcome to First Impressions Printing Company. By accessing our website (www.firstimpressionsprinting.net) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

First Impressions Printing Company specializes in custom 3D printing and additive manufacturing services, including rapid prototyping, production parts, and custom-designed components. We provide manufacturing based on customer-supplied CAD files, sketches, models, or design requests.

2. Customer Submissions & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to any designs, models, or files you submit to us.

  • Warranty of Right to Use: By submitting a design or file, you warrant that you own the intellectual property or have the explicit legal right/license to reproduce it. First Impressions Printing Company does not assume liability for copyright, trademark, or patent infringement arising from custom client designs.

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing designs that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon the safety or intellectual property rights of others.

3. Design Assistance & File Preparation

  • If you utilize our design assistance services, we will work with you to create a print-ready file. While we perform standard model preparation and quality checks, the final approval of design specifications, dimensions, and material selection rests solely with the customer before production begins.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

  • All custom quotes are project-specific and based on part size, material complexity, and volume.

  • Production will begin only after payment terms are mutually agreed upon and confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of unforeseen design modifications or changes in material specifications requested by the customer after a quote is accepted.

5. Turnaround Times & Delivery

  • While we specialize in rapid prototyping and quick-turn manufacturing, any estimated turnaround times provided are guidelines and not strict guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to production capacity, machine maintenance, material availability, or shipping carrier issues.

  • First Impressions Printing Company is not liable for any third-party shipping delays once the product has left our facility.

6. Material Selection & Product Use

  • We print with a variety of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and engineering-grade polymers. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the selected material is fit for their specific functional, mechanical, thermal, or industrial application. First Impressions Printing Company makes no warranties regarding the performance of parts in high-stress, hazardous, or extreme environments unless explicitly specified in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Impressions Printing Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our manufactured parts or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted directly to this page.
